The AIM Strategic Planning Team blog-site has been created to act as a repository for information, knowledge, insights, conceptual thinking and understanding regarding the AIM Program and the students it serves.
DPS district: Has lost a valuable assest in restructuring Dr. Ward's summer responsibilities.
Closing schools requires an army of dedicated staff to sort through all the miniscule logistical issues connected with the 37 school closures. A team of experts is needed (formerly available) to expedite this process.
The biggest losers in this process are the students who will not get a second summer to make up for these lost opportunities. What a sad commentary.
Pontiac will have to be the demonstration site where the community reaches out to the schools and supports the student's learning in a community filled with strong leadership and sophicated technology.
